Walsh Bay (AKA Dawes Point): Was again rated No1 for apartment values in Sydney, in the recent RP Data figures. RP Data is renowned for tracking property sales data for NSW. Median sales prices for apartments in Dawes Point (thanks to Walsh Bay sales) are the highest in Sydney according to the latest figures released by RP Data. More that half a million more and almost a million ahead of the traditional heavyweights of Point Piper and Darling Point respectively. Fourth is Millers Point - again thanks to the Walsh bay Sales

In 1988 a group of older women decided they were fed up with being invisible so they pitched a tent in front of Parliament House in Canberra to communicate their message to the politicians and public. But instead of placards and posters, they composed songs and wrote skits to attract attention. More than 25 years later that’s what we’re still doing.
Pier 2, Sunday 9 November: Synergy Percussion will present Steve Reich's Minimalist Masterpiece, Drumming at Pier 2/3, Walsh Bay. It's been a big year for us as we've celebrated our 40th Anniversary, and we couldn't imagine a better way to end 2014 than with this amazing piece, from one of the world's greatest living composers.
Joining us for Drumming is the wonderful Halcyon vocal ensemble, Lamorna Nightingale on Piccolo and DJ Marcus Whale (Collarbones).

These walks around the picturesque Sydney Harbour are a fantastic way to enjoy the Precinct while learning about the history and culture of the area.
Pier 2/3, Walsh Bay: Was the location for the official launch of Matilda The Musical. Matilda is a stage musical based on the children's novel of the same name by Roald Dahl. It was written by Dennis Kelly, with music and lyrics by Tim Minchin.
The production has already played in the US and the UK, winning both Tony and Olivier Awards.
Matilda the Musical will open at the Sydney Lyric Theatre in July.
